Why this exists, and why you should join

There is a lot of noise when it comes to building products and experiences.

A quick search will tell you that you need a new operating model, implement new processes, buy lots of tools, invest in AI / web 3, hire rock star product managers, build two pizza teams, be / don’t be like Google etc.  The list goes on and it is enough to make your head spin.

The good news is that building great products is none of that.  It is, in my experience, much more basic – solving our user’s problems at scale.

It’s not tools, technology, or org. design.  Rather, it is about focusing a small team to intimately understand their users’ needs, find creative answers, and build simple solutions.

Which is why I started Echo Point – to share with you that building a great product / experience can be simple (and fun) – if you are willing to strip away the noise and focus on the basics.
